I prefer to have a Mature Single men as the flats is not suitable for a couple and I am looking for long term residents, sorry I do not have youngsters as in the past they have been noisy and upset their neighbours. My block of Flats are well kept and are quite and secluded yet next door is an ALDI, the station is a 5 minute walk and the Bus stop is about 15 yards.

My residents have to be British Subjects i.e. capable of holding a British Passport. the reasons for this is they have to read English to understand the Rental Agreement and may be asked to have a CRB check.

I am not an absentee landlord and live 100 yards from the building any problems I try to get fixed within 24 hours.
