Martin Clarke is shaking the hand of David Passmore Chairman Martial Arts Commission, Editor Black Belt Magazine, 6th Dan Budo from South Africa. He is also someone who bounced a £900 cheque on the IBF, He accepted money from the IBF for insurance cover but did place it with the insurance company which he conveniently forgot to tell us. When the IBF found out he agreed to pay back the money in the form of 2 x £450 cheques which were not honoured. If you see Mr. Passmore pass on my regards, even ask him to contact us.
