Do not know if you remember me my name is James Black I trained with you at St Mary’s Bay BJC Summer Camp in the early 70’s I moved to Aus 20 years ago. I recently found your web site although do not do Judo anymore I still enjoyed your site, Sombo seems interesting. Looking at your photographs you look a lot bigger then when I knew you. I was sorry to hear about your mum and did not realise that Nobby had died as well an era has gone. Your latest article makes me believe things never change I see Judoka still bicker and I must say Paul and Gary need to grow up and behave like adults, you are still getting parents involved I see although I cann’t see where Trevor got the idea it was IBF v BJA I though the article referred to all association. How is the BJC and all the fellows, give my regards to Norman.
